Emerald Coast Exceptional Families provides information on disability-related services in Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Okaloosa Counties as we become aware of them. Autism Pensacola

Through active engagement with our community, Autism Pensacola aims to educate the general public about autism, serve as a support group and network for parents and professionals, provide information to parents and professionals regarding the diagnosis, education and treatment of persons with autism, advocate for, and obtain, better services for the citizens of the Pensacola area who are affected by autism. API also provides social opportunities for people with autism through camps, activities and enriching programs.

Autism Spectrum on the Emerald Coast, Inc. intends on raising community awareness while providing support for individuals with autism and their families through outreach opportunities, educational programming, and providing inclusion opportunities within schools and the community.

Friends for Autism Awareness

We are an Autism Support Group based out of DeFuniak Springs, Florida. We hold monthly support group meetings for Autism families. We reach out in our community to help raise awareness and promote acceptance of Autism and related disabilities through fundraisers, walks, sponsorships, and more.

The Genes of Joy mission is to promote down syndrome awareness, connect parents with local resources and build a community around down syndrome families.

Project Empower

The Empowerment Parent Resource Center of Northwest Florida (EPRC) links community resources and provides training to underserved communities in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties. Our mission is to support parents, caregivers and persons with disabilities from ages birth to 26.
